如何写英语投诉信(如何用英语写投诉信)

书信种类很多，感谢，道歉，咨询，求职，提建议等等，近几年全国卷全是书信类作文，所以我们各类都要练一练，积累一些素材。

最近，二中的孩子写了一封投诉信（网上购物火爆，投诉也是热点哦），感觉普遍不太会写，梅姐整理了一下，和大家分享。

作文要求如下：

假定你是李华，寒假前你从海外网站Amazon订购了英文原版小说Life of Pi，货到后你打开包装发现了问题。请用英文给店主Alice女士写封电子邮件，要点如下：

1．问题：有缺页，封面有污渍；

2．要求：调换新书，尽快发货；

3．邮寄地址：因学校放假，新地址：清江市东风街186号；电话：xxxxxxxxxxx。

注意：

1．词数100左右；

2．可以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯；

3．开头和结尾已经给出，不计入总词数。

出现的主要问题：

1. 英语中没有书名号，印刷体用斜体，手写时首字母大写即可。

2.英语中地址写法：从小到大，不用加介词。

3. 混淆词汇：send 写成 sent； novel写成fiction，fiction是不可数名词。

4. ”缺页“missing不会表达，写成 lack/absence of pages或 It lost some pages.

5. as soon as possible 尽快，时间上快写成 as quickly as possible，动作上的快。

6. 时态错：I have booked the book before the winter holiday.应该用过去时去掉have。

7. 时态前后不一致：But I found there are problems with it 或者I found the cover is dirty. 建议去掉I found或者改成I find，因为这是一个现在的事实。

8. exchange用错：典型错是exchange a new one for me，应该是 exchange it for me或I want to change/exchange it for a new one.

9. 学校放假表达错误：My school is on holiday. 或 We are on holiday.或Because of the holiday, my new address is...

正确说法：We are off school due to the winter holiday.

Our school is closed due to the winter vacation.

10. 过于礼貌：

投诉信不适合用这种语言：

I am sorry to bother you.

Would you mind...

I’d appreciate it if you could...

第二段1 I have long been eager to read the novel Life of Pie. But when I received it, I was greatlydisappointed. First, the cover of the book is spotted,which looks very ugly. Worse still，it has quite a few pagesmissing. This is simply unbelievable/unbearable/ unacceptable.

第二段2 On receiving the bookentitled Life of Pie, I opened the package excitedly.Butto my disappointment, the book is far from satisfying. Besides the spotted cover, it also has a few pages missing, which ruinsmy desire to read the book.

第三段 I don’t understand why this should have happened, but I have every right to ask you to exchange it for me. As we areoff school due tothe holiday, please deliver the book to my home address: 186 Dongfeng Street, Qingjiang City. If there are/Should there be any problems, pleasecall me atxxxxxxxxx.
